PHILIPPINEN – Es gilt eine schwere Unwetterwarnung mit extremen Niederschlägen für die östlichen Visayas und die östlichen Landesteile von Mindanao. Bitte beachten Sie die folgende Karte und die darauf folgenden Erläuterungen:

The surge of the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) and the La Niña-driven Surface Trough will bring moderate, heavy to extreme rainfall (30, 50 to more than 100 mm) across Eastern Visayas, Eastern Albay, Eastern & Southern Sorsogon, Masbate incl. Ticao Island, Portions of Northern Panay, Eastern and Northeastern Mindanao – Today through Monday afternoon (January 15). The rains will be more frequent along the coastal and mountain slope areas of these affected provinces. Hence, the ORANGE, RED and VIOLET Rain Alerts (Severe Weather Warnings) have been hoisted along these areas. Residents are advised to take precautionary measures against possible flash floods and landslides.
